is there any way to play old Sega games on the PSP without downgrading the firmware?

I love SONIC! I have a lot of old games that I would love to play but can't because my sega is dead. I want to know if there's any way I can play them on my PSP???

1. the only way is to downgrade your firmware other than that you can buy the game for your psp
2. If you have custom firmware you can play an emulator on your PSP... Otherwise, you might want to consider the option of putting an Sega emulator on you computer and playing the games on that.
3. no, the official firmware doesn't work with emulors. However, seems like Sega created a collection pack game for the PSP and it might have a Sonic game or 2 in it.
