Are is max resolution an original 13" arcade monitor can be used with MAME?

I trying to setup a MAME system using an original PAC-MAN mini. What is the resolution limit for this original arcade monitor? Is the game info resolution displyed from MAME enough info to determine if a certain game can be displayed on this monitor?

1. The monitor is an Electrohome G07 13in Standard Resolution. It would be limited to raster monitor games listed in mame and the monitor is in the vertical position so anything horizontal will not appear right. I think that answers your question. What are you using to connect a cpu to the monitor?
