How Can You Re-download arcade games you've already bought in Xbox 360?

I have another gamertag i want to download my arcade games on, on another hard drive. I just want to recover my other gamertag on the hard drive that i wouldn't to re-download them on and then recover it back to my old one so that i can play it on my other gamertag. Will i get banned for doing this? No I mean another hard drive on another console with a different gamertag.

1. As long as you're doing it on the same console you originally bought the game on, it will work fine. Otherwise, you'll have to be logged in to Xbox Live as your old gamertag for the game to work. If you use another console and another gamertag, the game will revert to its demo state.
2. You cannot download the games again on another console with another gamertag. Only the original gamertag that was used to buy the arcade games can download the games again.
