High Score Arcade

Should there be an xbox 360 arcade game on my xbox 360 without xbox live?

I don't have xbox live, but on my xbox 360 there is a list of arcade games like pacman, which are free to download with xbox live, though there is already an arcade game on it, which is called something like helix. I have played on this game. Should it be on my xbox 360?

1. It should. Hexic HD comes with every Xbox Pro or Elite, and they throw a few demo versions of other XBLA (Xbox Live Arcade) games on the hard drive.
2. Ye well i got hexic the full game with my xbox 360 pro without live so im guessing its meant to be on there.....
3. Yes, it should, along with a few demos. Microsoft programs each Pro and Elite with Hexic HD as well as a few demo games for you to test out and get used to the marketplace with.
