Is there a way to play Sega games on a Playstation or Playstation 2?

I've recently found out that you can make bootable disks to play NES games on the PsX, and SNES games on the Ps2, but I've been looking for a way to play Sega Genesis games on one of the two consoles. Any idea on a way to do so?

1. Yes. There is this PlayStation2/3 game that has 41 SEGA® games called SEGA MegaDrive Ultimate Collection (Europe version) and Sonic's Ultimate Guinness collection (American version). Make sure you use that type for that country. Not sure if its possible on the PlayStation® 1... There both same games just different game covers.
