Can you convert sega saturn games into sega dreamcast games?

I would like to know if you could convert sega saturn games into sega dreamcast games so I could play saturn games on a dreamcast.

1. You cannot convert a Saturn game into a Dreamcast game. But you can use a Saturn emulator called Yabause on the Dreamcast. Their website is http://yabause.org/. I haven't personally tried it, but there is a compatibility list on their site as well so you can see if the game you want to play will work. Good luck!
