Can an xbox 360 memory card change the owner of an arcade game?

I switched my profile and some of my arcade games won't load, it says that I need to buy it again. If I buy a memory card and put the arcade game on it and load it into the other profile will I be able to play it under that profile. It is on the same xbox 360.

1. Content is linked to both the profile and the actual console... if one or the other changes (in the case of profiles, if that profile no longer exists), your content won't load or will revert to trial modes (for arcade games).
