Mame32 ;help me?

I downloaded a lot of mame 32 emulators but none of them worked, please tell me a god site where i can download a working version, or what showld i do to make it work?

1. http://www.rom-world.com This site is out standing! Make sure that you are auditing the games after you put them [ still compressed ] in the Rom folder.
2. yeah make sure the roms are in the right directory. then close mame32 and re-open again.
