How do I put an arcade game into an excel file?

I have seen tetris in an excel file so while at work, if you computer is monitered then all they will see is an excel file open not a game. So how do you put a game into and excel file? Thanks

1. Well you can't do that. What they did was in the game there is a key you press and it shows a PICTURE of an excel spreadsheet. There isn't really an excel spreadsheet in the game.
