Is there a way that I can play sega dreamcast games on my pc?

I want to play dead or alive 2 but i don't want to buy a dreamcast because I have a playstation. I once bought all the sega games from a website to play on my computer for 20 dollars. Is there something similar for dreamcast games?

1. no...the technology is too advanced!
2. You could always download a Dreamcast emulator. Try google searching for it, once you find one you should be able to find the DoA2 ROM somewhere on the web. Emulators are like digital versions of the system, and roms are like digital versions of the game discs that you have to put in the systems to play.
3. You need a special emulator but I cant help you there...
4. search up sega emulators, download it then, downlad roms and put them in any folder u want, finally, look for your rom folder using the emulator then u can play it
